Saturday yoga 10am at Omnom

A weekly vinyasa flow class taught by Elle Daniel, every Saturday at 10am, in the heart of Angel, Islington. This class is open to all levels. 

Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga that incorporates flowing movement powered by rhythmic breath, resulting in feeling at home in body and mind. Expect to increase mobility, flexibilty and strength in your body, whilst also enjoying the calming effects of deep breath that will last long after the class has finished. 

My teaching approach is one of inclusivity, so I offer lots of options for all practice levels, whilst also encouraging freedom of expression and self-inquiry. Yoga helps us learn more about ourselves and I strive to always create the best possible environment for you to do that.
