Spring Awakening workshop

Join Poppy and Elle for an embodied fire ceremony on Sunday 28th March; the date the clocks change and the days become longer and warmer! To honour this energy, this workshop will focus on activating the solar plexus, our seat of inner fire and sun energy, using simple and powerful breathwork techniques, nourishing movement and pure, blissful meditation. Elle is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and Poppy is a Reiki Master. Together, they bring their years of expertise and passion for inner alignment, healing and wellbeing.
