About the event
Come and join us for an idyllic evening of restorative yoga and Crystal Alchemy Sound Journey at the North London Buddhist Centre. The evening begins with a restorative yoga session guided by Elle, preparing you for a blissful crystal sound bath, led by the incredible Sonal Thakrar.
On Friday 17th May, we mark World CDG Awareness Day with this extra special yoga and soundbath event dedicated to our incredible daughter and CDG warrior Ruby, who, in early 2024 was diagnosed with an ultra rare metabolic condition known as Pmm2 CDG.
Ruby has come through a lot and we are so inspired by her incredible strength, and we aim to dedicate as much of ourselves as possible to raising awareness and funding for CDG.
This event is the first of many, and we hope you can join us!
All proceeds go to CDG UK.
