

YOGA
I have been a teacher of Yoga for 10 years and a student for more than half my life. Yoga is much more than physical exercise; it is a philosophy, a spiritual science and the architecture of a peaceful life. I teach a breath-led, dynamic form of yoga asana known as vinyasa, which you can practise with me at London studio Mission E1. I also share courses on a number of different yoga traditions, plus have an extensive library of on-demand classes you can take any time. Most recently, I am facilitating specialist yoga for children and young people with additional needs, that also empowers caregivers to develop their own practice alongside that of their child.
