I have been going along to Elle’s classes in Highbury Fields and Mudra for a while now. Elle is so friendly, warm and welcoming. Her classes follow a lovely juicy flow at a smooth pace, usually with a perfect balance of some dynamic sequences to get the heart pumping followed by soft restorative postures for a good old stretch! Elle makes her classes accessible for all levels and her instructions (modifications always given) are super clear. I look forward to Elle’s classes and always come away feeling both energised and relaxed. Thanks Elle!

Elle’s yoga classes are so lovely and really accessible for all levels. Elle has a wonderful way of explaining a posture, a mudra, a flow or just even sharing her magical yogi knowledge!
